REPORT AND RECOMMENDED HOME RULE CHARTER FOR CLINTON COUNTY

 

Charge

 

The Clinton County Government Study Commission shall study the existing form of government of the County of Clinton, to consider the advisability of the adoption of an optional form of government or a home rule charter, to recommend the adoption of an optional form of government or to draft and recommend a home rule charter.

Meetings


The Clinton County Government Study Commission meets weekly at 7:00 PM at either the Clinton County Research and Education Center, Rt. 64, Lamar, PA; or the Clinton County Courthouse, Jay & Water Streets, Lock Haven, PA (refer to the proposed agenda posted above for each week's location).  Additional meetings, if necessary, are announced in advance.  The meetings are open to the public.

The eleven-member Government Study Commission were elected to their positions on November 8, 2005.  The Study Commissioners are:
