| Each year the Clinton
County Tax Claim Bureau holds a tax sale of all properties that are at
least two years delinquent in paying real estate property taxes. If the
property taxes are not paid by the sale date these properties become
available at a public auction held in the third floor conference room of
the Clinton County Court House. This year's sale will be held on
September 10, 2007 at 8:00 am.
Below is a listing of properties eligible for the 2007 tax sale in a PDF format. You may need to download a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print. This is a static list and will be updated periodically as property taxes are settled removing those properties from the sale. If you have any questions, please contact the Treasurer's Office. |
