Treasurer's Office is the Tax Collector for the City of Lock Haven County
real estate taxes.
The Treasurer is also the Tax Claim Director and sends out all past due (delinquent) real estate taxes and conducts the Tax Sale held each September. Collected in the treasurer’s office are all delinquent real estate taxes. The Tax Claim Director is conducting a Judicial Tax Sale on April 9, 2008 at 8:30 am in the 3rd floor hearing room, Clinton County Court House.
